description
The
house is a renovated former farmhouse, set in one and a half acres
of grounds.
Inside
The
house provides a large kitchen/diner and a sitting room (both 4x5m)
on the ground floor; two large bedrooms (each approx 4x5m (one with
vanity unit), with double beds), a shower room/WC and a separate WC
on the first floor; a large attic room (10x5m) currently with three
single beds and one double futon sofa/bed. Duvets and pillows are
provided. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer and
cooker (bottled gas), a back-up two ring electric hob, a
dishwasher, a Radio/CD player and a large pine table with up to eight
chairs. A washing machine is provided in a utility area. The ground
floor of the house is tiled while upstairs the bedrooms have wooden
floors with rugs. (see Photos)

Outside
Outdoor
furniture and a barbecue are provided. The garden has a formal
lawned area in front of the house, with a 8 x 4 metre swimming
pool beyond, the remaining area is grassed with a few trees near
the house and to the side a large plantation of sweet chesnut trees.
